Cutting with a knife

When cutting with a knife, there are a few “classic” mistakes:

  • never cut toward your other hand (or toward part of your body)
  • when cutting something hard, it is much easier for the knife to slip so be especially cautious

  • don’t hold the knife handle to break up something frozen (when the knife stops, the finger continue downward until they get cut by the blade
